According to the provisions of Article 33 of the Law on Social Insurance 2014, female employees who have had a miscarriage will still be entitled to the maternity regime in accordance with the law. However, it is necessary to fully participate in social insurance and meet other conditions as prescribed by law to enjoy the maternity regime.
