Trong trường hợp này, nếu bạn muốn được cấp chứng chỉ hành nghề Chuyên khoa nhi, có thể đăng ký với cơ sở khám bệnh, chữa bệnh đủ điều kiện xác nhận thực hành để xin thực hành tại khoa nhi. Sau khi thực hành đủ thời gian 18 tháng và đáp ứng đủ các yêu cầu khác, bạn sẽ được cơ sở đó cấp Giấy xác nhận quá trình thực hành và có thể tiến hành gửi hồ sơ yêu cầu cấp chứng chỉ hành nghề khám bệnh, chữa bệnh.

In case a general practitioner wishes to issue a practicing certificate, the scope of professional activities is: medical examination and treatment of internal diseases or medical examination and treatment of surgical specialties or specialized obstetrics and gynecology medical examination and treatment. or provide medical examination and treatment for pediatric specialties, they shall register for practice in one of the four specialties of internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and pediatrics for a period of 18 months as prescribed by the law on medical examination and treatment.

2. The total period of practice in medical examination and treatment is 18 months and is allocated by specialty as follows:
a) The period of practice in Internal Medicine, including Emergency Resuscitation: 5 months;
b) Period of practice in surgery: 3 months;
c) Period of practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology: 3 months;
d) Period of practice in pediatrics: 4 months;
dd) Time to practice some techniques of other specialties (ear, nose and throat, maxillofacial, eye, dermatology, rehabilitation, traditional medicine and some techniques of other specialties according to Circular No. 35/2019/TT-BYT): 3 months.
