ALLOWANCES FOR PARTICIPANTS AGAINING COVID-19 IN THE MEDICAL SECTOR

The current epidemic of Covid-19 in our country is developing in a very complicated manner. Therefore, in order to promptly encourage and care for health workers to be strengthened against epidemics, the Government issued Resolution 16 / NQ-CP dated February 8, 2021 on medical isolation costs, medical examination and treatment and specific regimes for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in the health sector, in which many subjects are supplemented with anti-epidemic allowances. As follows:
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 2 of Resolution 16/2021 / NQ-CP The anti-epidemic allowance regime of 300,000 VND / person / day is applicable to:
- People who go to monitor, investigate and verify the epidemic.
- Persons who directly examine, diagnose and treat people with COVID-19 and suspected of having COVID-19 at isolated areas of medical examination and treatment establishments.
- People who take samples, combine samples, analyze samples, and people who directly test for SARS-CoV-2 at medical establishments
- People who are in charge of cleaning, disinfecting and killing pathogens in the treatment area for people with COVID-19.
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 2 of Resolution 16/2021 / NQ-CP The anti-epidemic allowance regime of 200,000 VND / person / day is applicable to:
- Transporters of sick people and specimens; preserving the patient's corpse; clothes washers, doctor's and patient's clothes; Collection of chemical bottles, jars and boxes; protecting the isolation treatment area; cleaning, disinfecting and killing pathogens in isolation areas at medical examination and treatment establishments.
- Persons in charge of epidemiological surveillance and medical monitoring at home medical isolating establishments and medical isolation establishments as designated by state management agencies.
- People who are in charge of washing tools and preparing the environment at the medical facility to serve the SARS-CoV-2 laboratory.
- People who are in charge of washing tools and preparing the environment at the medical facility to serve the SARS-CoV-2 laboratory.
- Persons on duty at the concentrated medical isolation establishment (not applicable to the isolation at home or residence).
- First aid team 115, the transport crew isolated;
- Persons in charge of disinfecting and disinfecting at medical examination and treatment establishments (excluding the subjects specified at Point d, Clause 1, Article 2 of Resolution 16 / NQ-CP), medical isolation medical practice Middle or residential area is zoned or blocked under a decision of a competent authority.
The specific regimes specified in this Resolution are implemented during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. Under the provisions of Clause 2, Article 1 of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 173 / QD-TTg of February 1, 2020, those who are assigned to fight the epidemic 24 hours a day, shall enjoy the 24-hour permanent allowance. 24 hours from the date of receipt of the first suspected case of COVID-19 infection, but not earlier than the date of the outbreak until the end of the date of announcement, the outbreak of acute respiratory infections due to a new strain of corona virus is cleared by decision of Prime Minister.
