CONDITIONS AND SUBJECTS OF SICKETS BENEFITS IN SOCIAL INSURANCE

Beneficiaries:
Under Article 24 of the Law on Social Insurance, the beneficiaries of the Sickness Benefit are employees in the following cases:
1. Working under a fixed-term / indefinite-term labor contract, seasonal or under a certain job with a term of between full 3 months and less than 12 months, including signed labor contracts link between the employer and the legal representative of the person under 15 years old in accordance with the law on labor.
2. Persons working under labor contracts with a term of between full 1 month and under 3 months;
3. Cadres, civil servants and public employees;
4. National defense workers, police workers, people doing other work in cipher organizations;
5. Officers and professional soldiers of the people's army; professional officers and non-commissioned officers, professional and technical officers and non-commissioned officers of the People's Public Security; Cipher workers receive the same salary as soldiers;
6. Enterprise managers, cooperative managers and cooperatives enjoy salaries.
