When meeting the above criteria and conditions, the public employee will be registered to take the exam or consider for promotion through the evaluation of the application file according to regulations. Contents of consideration for promotion include assessment of satisfaction of requirements on task performance, standards of training and retraining qualifications, professional and professional capacity of the professional title to be considered for promotion.
