- Have communication skills, persuasive negotiation, high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to analyze, solve problems, withstand working pressure.
– Having skills in using office computer skills.
– Being able to use English is an advantage.
- Priority candidates accept to work in the province.
Job description
– Researching, preparing and drafting documents, contracts, legal opinions.
– Giving legal opinions according to the request of clients and taking responsibility for the opinions.
- Read the case file, propose a solution to the case, synthesize relevant legal regulations as a basis for the resolution of the case, compile a lawsuit and other procedural documents;
- Participate in resolving the case as an authorized representative to solve part or the whole of the project
– Implementing and taking charge of the assigned cases.
– Coordinating with other lawyers and colleagues in professional affairs.
– Participating in civil / economic / labor cases as assigned by the company.
– Representing or joining with Clients in contacting and working with relevant parties, competent authorities.
- To be in charge and guide probationary lawyers, legal experts, and interns to work together to bring high efficiency in common work.
– Promoting business development activities for the Company.
– Performing other jobs as required and assigned.

Working time: 8:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday
