Dr. Bui Minh Trang, PhD is a Doctor of Cardiology - Specialist Level 2 of General Internal Medicine, Master of Administrative Law - Constitution with nearly 30 years of experience in the field of healthcare and medical law. He has been joining in journalism since 1996 as a Reporter, Editor and held the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Medicine and Health under the Vietnamese Pharmaceutical Association (from 2008 to present).
