Today, healthcare facilities are increasingly diverse, organized in many different forms. In particular, home health care service is a special type of service, medical examination and treatment practitioners will perform health care for patients at home. These special care facilities are classified as \u201cHome health care service establishments\u201d according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 11 of Decree 155\/2018\/ND-CP.<\/p>\n

In order to ensure safety during medical examination and treatment, the law stipulates that home health care service providers must meet the conditions of facilities, medical equipment, human resources, etc. prescribed in Clauses 4 and 10, Article 11 of Decree 155\/2018\/ND-CP.
