\nREGULATIONS ON BENEFITS WHEN PARTICIPATION IN SURGERY AND PROCEDURE<\/p>\n

With the developing power of medicine and algorithms, which can expand science in the medical examination and treatment process, there are no unfamiliar conditions. This is a in the method and question of the Doctor must have a high level of expertise, theoretical background and high concentration. Therefore, when participating in algorithms and techniques, doctors and nurses will receive allowances in accordance with the law. 1. Surgery allowance<\/p>\n

The medical surgery allowance is specified in Clause 1, Article 4 of Decision 73\/2011\/QD-TTg. Accordingly, surgery participants will be entitled to an allowance depending on their position, role in surgery and type of surgery. The level of surgery and procedures will be classified based on the nature of the pathology, the degree of impact on the patient's life, the professional level and technique of the surgical participants, the procedure, the requirements for facilities, tools, medical equipment as well as the number of people involved in surgery, procedures and the average time to perform the technique. The specific classification of surgical and surgical procedures is detailed in Article 3 of Circular 50\/2014\/TT-BYT.<\/p>\n

Accordingly, the allowance level is prescribed as follows:
\n- For special type surgery:
\n+ The main surgery person, the person who is anesthetist to resuscitate or anesthetize: 280,000 VND\/person\/surgery.
\n+ The main surgery person, the person who is anesthetist to resuscitate or anesthetize: 280,000 VND\/person\/surgery.
\n+ Assistant for surgery: 120,000 VND\/person\/surgery.<\/p>\n

- For type I surgery:
\n+ The main surgeon, the anesthesiologist or the main anesthesiologist: 125,000 VND\/person\/surgery.
\n+ Surgery assistant, anesthesiologist or anesthesiologist: 90,000 VND\/person\/surgery.
\n+ Assistant for surgery: 70,000 VND\/person\/surgery.<\/p>\n

- For type II surgery:
\n+ The main surgeon, the anesthesiologist or the main anesthesiologist: 65,000 VND\/person\/surgery.
\n+ Surgery assistant, anesthesiologist or anesthesiologist: 50,000 VND\/person\/surgery.
\n+ Assistant for surgery: 30,000 VND\/person\/surgery.<\/p>\n

- For type III surgery:
\n+ The main surgery person, the person who is anesthetist to resuscitate or anesthetize: 50,000 VND\/person\/surgery.
\n+ Surgery assistant, anesthesiologist or anesthesiologist: 30,000 VND\/person\/surgery.
\n+ Assistant for surgery: 15,000 VND\/person\/surgery.<\/p>\n

2. Tips allowance mode<\/p>\n

According to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of Decision 73\/2011\/QD-TTg, the procedure allowance is 0.3 times the level of surgery allowance of the same type.<\/p>\n

Thus, depending on the type of surgery, procedure and location and role in each surgery, participants in surgery and procedures will enjoy different levels of allowance.
