According to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 26 of Decree 109\/2016\/ND-CP:
\na) The person in charge of professional and technical expertise of the specialized clinic must satisfy the following conditions:
\nBeing a doctor with a practice certificate in accordance with the specialty registered by the clinic.
\nHaving at least 54 months of medical examination and treatment in that specialty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In addition, especially for the following specialized clinics, the person in charge of professional and technical expertise must meet the following conditions:
\n+ Rehabilitation specialist clinic: Being a doctor with a practicing certificate in the specialty of physical therapy or rehabilitation;
\n+ Clinics, treatment and support for drug addiction: Being a psychiatrist, general doctor with a certificate of training in psychiatry or a traditional medicine specialist with a certificate of training in drug addiction. supporting drug addiction treatment by traditional medicine methods;
\n+ HIV\/AIDS clinic and treatment clinic: Being an infectious disease specialist or a general practitioner and having a certificate of training in HIV\/AIDS treatment;
\n+ Nutrition clinic: Being a doctor specializing in nutrition or a general practitioner and having a certificate of training in the specialty of nutrition;
\n+ A cosmetic clinic: Being a doctor specializing in plastic surgery or plastic surgery;
\n+ Orthopedic clinic: Is a male doctor or general practitioner and has a certificate of training in orrology. So when the doctor wants to open a specialist clinic, he is also the person in charge. If the doctor has the professional and technical responsibility of the clinic, the doctor must have at least 54 months of medical examination and treatment in that specialty, and at the same time must meet other requirements as prescribed above, depending on each specialty of the clinic.<\/div>\n
