Therefore, the risk of pandemic spreading out of the community is very high, especially infected people arriving in Vietnam from different areas around the world. National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control has issued Exigent Official Letter No.600\/C\u0110-BC\u0110 sending to Ministries, Ministry-Level Agencies, Government Agencies; People's Committee in the cities under (the jurisdiction of) the central government.
