\nPursuant to Clause 2, Article 46 of Decision 595 \/ QD - BHXH dated April 14, 2017 providing for the re-issue of social insurance books as follows:<\/span>
\n- Re-issue of social insurance book (cover and separate sheet) in cases: loss, damage; merge; change the book number; full name, middle name; date of birth; the person who has enjoyed the one-time social insurance premium and has not yet enjoyed the UI payment period<\/span>
\n- Re-issue of the cover of social insurance book in the following cases: wrong gender, nationality<\/span>
\n- Re-issue of separate sheet of social insurance book in the following cases: loss or damage.<\/span><\/div>\n
Contacting your question, currently the transition from ID card to CCCD is being done, leading to the change of information on ID number, date of issue and place of issue previously recorded on the social insurance number. However, based on the cases where the social insurance book is reissued as prescribed in Decision 595 \/ QD - BHXH above, the change of information on identity card number, date of issue and place of issue is not in the case of re-issue of the book.
