\n- Ability to analyze, solve problems, withstand working pressure.

\nJob description<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Researching, preparing and drafting documents, contracts, legal opinions.
\n\u2013 Giving legal opinions according to the request of clients and taking responsibility for the opinions.
\n- Read the case file, propose a solution to the case, synthesize relevant legal regulations as a basis for the resolution of the case, compile a lawsuit and other procedural documents;
\n- Participate in resolving the case as an authorized representative to solve part or the whole of the project
\n\u2013 Implementing and taking charge of the assigned cases.
\n\u2013 Coordinating with other lawyers and colleagues in professional affairs.
\n\u2013 Participating in civil \/ economic \/ labor cases as assigned by the company.
\n\u2013 Representing or joining with Clients in contacting and working with relevant parties, competent authorities.
\n- To be in charge and guide probationary lawyers, legal experts, and interns to work together to bring high efficiency in common work.
\n\u2013 Promoting business development activities for the Company.
